חברת אפניס בע"מ ("החברה" או "אנחנו") מפעילה את האפליקציה "אדם ושומרי האותיות" ("האפליקציה"). החברה מכירה בחשיבות ההגנה על הפרטיות של מידע אישי. מדיניות פרטיות זו מטרתה להביא לכדי כך שתכיר את סוגי המידע הנאסף באמצעות האפליקציה ותדע כיצד ומדוע אנו אוספים מידע זה.
אנא עיין בהצהרת הפרטיות זו בקפידה על מנת להבין כיצד יטופל המידע האישי כאשר אתה או ילדך עושים שימוש באפליקציה. על ידי הורדת האפליקציה והשימוש בה הנך מביע את הסכמתך לתנאי מדיניות הפרטיות שלהלן. האמור בתנאי שימוש אלה מנוסח מטעמי נוחות בלשון זכר, אולם הוא מתייחס לשני המינים בצורה שווה .

בכדי להשתמש באפליקציה יש להוריד אותה מהחנות המקוונת של Google Play.
מידע שנאסף במהלך השימוש באפליקציה
במהלך השימוש באפליקציה, ייאסף על המשתמשים בה מידע בנוגע להצלחתם במשימות השונות אשר האפליקציה מציעה, כגון: הצלחה או כשלון בנקודות מסוימות, משך הזמן הנדרש למשתמש בכדי לבצע פעולה או פעולות מסוימות, ניקוד המשתמש, התקדמות המשתמש בשלבי האפליקציה וכיו"ב.
השימוש במידע
החברה לא תמכור, תסחור או תשכיר את המידע האישי לצדדים שלישיים.
השימוש של החברה במידע אישי ייעשה בכדי לשפר ולהעשיר את האפליקציה, ולצורך התאמת תכניה ורמת הקושי שלה למשתמש, הן במהלך משחק ספציפי והן על בסיס שימוש ממושך בה.
תכנים
האפליקציה אינה מכילה תכנים מיניים, אלימות, נשק, סמים, אלכוהול וכיו"ב.
פרסומות
האפליקציה לא תציג פרסומות צד שלישי מכל סוג שהוא. התוכן הפרסומי היחיד אשר עשוי להופיע במהלך השימוש באפליקציה הוא הצעות לרכישת תוכן נוסף באפליקציה (In-App Purchases) והצעות לאפליקציות חינוכיות אחרות המפותחות על ידי החברה.
שינויים במדיניות הפרטיות
החברה רשאית לשנות, מעת לעת, את הוראות מדיניות הפרטיות. אנו ממליצים לבדוק את מדיניות הפרטיות באופן קבוע בכדי לוודא שנחשפת לגרסתה המעודכנת ביותר. באם אינך מסכים לתנאי מדיניות פרטיות זו אנא הפסק להשתמש באפליקציה באופן מיידי.

AppNiss Ltd (the "Company" or "we") operates the application known as "Adam’s ABC Games" on Google Play and "Adam and Guardians of the Letters" on the AppStore. (the "Application"). The Company acknowledges the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information ("Information"). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to help you understand the types of Information collected via the Application and to inform you how and why we collect this Information.
Please carefully review this Privacy Policy in order to understand how your Information will be handled when you, or your child use the Application. By downloading and using the Application, you agree to the terms set out in this Privacy Policy.
It is hereby emphasized that parents or legal guardians are completely liable for their child using the Application.
Using the Application
In order to use the Application, you need to download it from Google Play's online store.
Information Collected While Using the Application
During the use of the Application, user information with respect to success in various tasks that the Application offers shall be collected. This user information includes, but is not limited to, the success or failure at certain points, the amount of time required for the user to perform certain tasks, the user's score and the user's progress in the Application.
Use of Information
The Company shall not sell, trade or rent the Information to third parties.
The Company's use of Information shall be made solely in order to improve the Application, and to adapt its content and level of difficulty to the specific user, both during a specific game and in the course of prolonged use.
Content
The Application does not contain any sexual content, violence, weapons, drugs, alcohol, etc.
Advertisements
The Application shall not display any kind of third-party advertisements. The only advertising content that may appear while using the Application is suggestions for purchasing additional Application content (In-App Purchases) and suggestions for other educational applications developed by the Company.

The Company may change from time to time certain provisions of this Privacy Policy. We highly recommend that you regularly review this Privacy Policy to ensure that you are acquainted with its latest version. If you do not accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, please stop using the Application immediately.
